This 2.5-hour face-to-face virtual Birth Trauma Debrief gives you a compassionate space to be seen, heard, and understood. With over 15 years as a labor and delivery nurse, extensive experience supporting women through birth trauma, and advanced training as a certified Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner, I guide you through a gentle and effective process to help you release what still feels unresolved.

Together, we’ll explore the moments that continue to weigh on your heart and begin clearing the emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Your session also includes a complimentary Emotion Code session to support your healing and help you move forward feeling lighter and more at peace.
